I have detailedly examined the sample sent to me within the scope of the order I placed through the website with the domain name www.firatkonfeksiyon.com in terms of;

• Model / Design
• Pattern / Fit
• Size Measurements
• Fabric Quality
• Color
• Stitching and Workmanship

I hereby accept and confirm that the sent sample is exactly compliant with all the features I requested within the scope of the Distance Sales Agreement and my order information.

BY PROVIDING THIS APPROVAL;

• I acknowledge that following the written approval of the sample, the products will fall under the scope of customized production for me,
• I agree that mass production will be carried out identically to the sample I have approved,
• I declare that I cannot request a refund, exchange, cancellation, or claim any defects regarding the products produced in accordance with the sample based on reasons such as model, measurement, size, pattern, fabric, color, or workmanship,
• I represent that I am acting in the capacity of a Merchant, therefore the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers do not apply to this transaction and I have no right of withdrawal,
• I accept that all commercial risks regarding the products subject to the order belong to me.

I irrevocably accept, declare, and undertake the above. This Sample Approval is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement and has the status of a written approval provided in an electronic environment.
