2. DELIVERY PROCESS AND CONDITIONS
- Preparation and Shipment: Ordered products are generally delivered to the courier within **1-3 business days**, depending on stock availability, following the payment confirmation specified in the Distance Sales Agreement.
- Delivery Time: The delivery of the product subject to the contract is made to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated, within the period determined by the courier company depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
- Shipping Fee: Shipping fees shall be paid by the BUYER during the order or covered by the SELLER if the determined free shipping limit is exceeded. Current shipping information is specified on the order payment page.
- Delivery Address: Delivery will be made to the address specified by the BUYER during the order phase. Requests for address changes must be notified to the SELLER before the product is handed over to the courier.
- Carrier Responsibility: The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product in sound, complete condition, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any. The courier company is responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation.
3. DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERY
The BUYER is obliged to check the product at the time of delivery and, if a damage or deficiency caused by the courier is detected, to prepare a **Damage Assessment Report** (Hasar Tespit Tutanağı) together with the courier officer. For products received without a report, return or exchange requests with the claim that the damage was caused by the courier company will not be accepted. In this case, the responsibility belongs to the BUYER.
4. FORCE MAJEURE
If the SELLER cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the period due to force majeure (extraordinary situations such as natural disasters, war, adverse weather conditions preventing transportation, interruption of transportation), it is obliged to notify the BUYER of the situation. In this case, the BUYER may exercise one of the rights to cancel the order or postpone the delivery period until the preventive situation disappears.
This text is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement. In the event that the order takes place, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all these terms.
